| The grand reopening of Jury Pool and Park has been a long time coming. The original Jury Pool was over 40 years old. It lived well beyond the life expectancy of an outdoor pool its size. The Park and Recreation Department went through a long process to gain public input and support for the new facility. Jury Pool reopened on June 29, 2011. The new facility boasts a six lane competition pool with a diving board, a leisure pool, two slides, and splash pad with a tipping bucket. Jury pool also offers increased deck space, concessions, a party room, and more. Swimming lessons are offered Monday thru Friday in the morning. During the regular summer season, the pool is open for general admission from 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm and is located at 1702 Glencoe Drive, New Haven, IN, 46774.
