| Yoga for Strength blends balance and flexibility in a fitness format while maintaing the core principles of traditional Hatha style yoga. This class offeres a complete mind-body workout. Yoga for strength is a great starting yoga class, but is also beneficial for the advanced student looking to deepen their practice. We will focus on the proper alignment needed with both free weights and yoga asanas (poses). The class will consist of 20 minutes of resistance weight training, a 40 minute Vinyasa yoga flow and a 15 minute guided meditation leaving you relaxed and ready to enjoy the long, summer evening.
