Rental Rules

General:

  • Proper and orderly behavior shall be maintained at all times.
  • Damages made to the facilities or equipment during the time of use shall be the financial responsibility of the applicant.
  • The facility is to be left clean and neat.
  • Noise level must remain at a reasonable level.
  • NO alcohol or illegal drugs shall be consumed, bought, sold or given away on premises.
  • NO smoking is permitted in the buildings.
  • Vulgar or profane language is prohibited.
  • Gambling or other rules/games of chance are not permitted.
  • The Park Board is not responsible for accidents or injuries, lost, stolen or damaged property.

 

Park Center:

  • All tables, chairs and equipment are to be returned to its original order.
  • Trash must be placed in the outside dumpster.
  • All exercise and program equipment is not to be used by the rental party.

 

Pavilions:

  • NO grills permitted inside the pavilion.
  • Care must be taken that no trees or plants are damaged.
  • Grounds must be vacated by 10:00pm for pavilion rentals.
  • NO use of fireworks, fire-arms (including air rifles) or archery equipment permitted in the parks.
  • Automobile parking permitted only in designated areas - NOT ON THE GRASS.
  • If the game bag is reserved, please pick-up before Noon during the week the day before your rental and return on the next business day to the Park Office.  If your rental is on the weekend, pick up the game bag Friday before Noon.  A ten dollar ($10) deposit is required and will be refunded when the game bag is returned.
  • NO open fires are permitted without prior Park Board approval.
  • NO motorized vehicles on sidewalks or grass areas.
